IT Support Staff
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in IT networking, IT support or related fields.
• Good knowledge and have experience in implementation of network hardware & software (e.g. router, manageable switch, VLAN, WAN, VPN, RADIUS) and cabling.
• Proficient in hardware and operating system troubleshooting.
• Understand Active Directory Windows/LDAP and NAS system management.
• Eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking with problem-solving attitude.

Main Job Description:

• Install, monitor and troubleshoot network system.
• PC and notebook management.
• Maintain and repair hardware devices (e.g. PC, printer, IT peripheral) and operating system (e.g. Windows OS, Mac OS).
• Provide technical support and assistance throughout the organization and its subsidiaries
